Sofie works very hard during the Summer and in the autumn she will usually “come to a dead stop”. But in September, 2001 she joined a Weekend Course and she found to her surprise that things did not turn out the way they usually do, she did not lay down as though knocked out for several weeks and in the autumn she did not catch any illness as a result of any exhaustion.

In 1998 Kicki joined a Weekend Course in Växjö because she had muscular inflammation in her shoulder. The pain in her shoulder disappeared but the training would also have other consequences, completely unexpected – an addition to the family, something that would actually have been quite impossible without surgery.
Håkan started to practise Zhineng Qigong in order to get help with his bad back and he got help with his social phobia as well. He has become calmer and on the 2002 Summer Courses he sang in front of 100 people, an event which was a great personal victory for him.
