Liv got relaxed and full of energy

I had mixed feelings about applying to the Trondheim Weekend Course in Hold Qi Up 4 to 5 October, 2003. I had no idea of what it was about. My friend, who suffers from MS, was recommended by her doctor to join the course. I came along out of sheer curiosity and some small hope that it might prove to be something for me as well.

Liv got relaxed after the first day of the course I have had stroke and after that I have been having this terrible trembling all over my body. I also have a problem with my parathyroid gland – Hyperparathyroidism. My parathyroid glands may be surgically removed and I have gone through surgery twice but they can not find them in my body.

I was so tired and fed up with everything. I had great pain in my joints and muscles, I did not sleep well and I did not get enough sleep, I also suffered from depression and anxiety. This condition makes your body unable to absorb calcium and it also depletes your bone structure of calcium among other things. My muscles were giving up and because of that I was not able to walk very well. I could barely manage a 100 metres walk and I was on the verge of giving up.

After the first day of the course (in which I performed feats I never thought possible for me) I faced the evening and the night, totally relaxed and without any trembling for the first time in six years!!!

And it goes on, I am getting better by each day. I am full of “relaxed” energy, I have taken away some medication, I am LIVING and I take “long” walks. In a social sense the course itself was a lovely experience.

Yesterday, on 16 October, I saw my physician and my blood pressure had improved a lot. He thought that maybe the symptoms had been burnt away during the course, but I will be informed on that next month.

Thank you and all the best wishes.
