
WHAT IS ZHINENG QIGONG?
Are you longing for peace and quiet? Do you want to become stronger and show more endurance? Do you want to improve your sleep? Then perhaps Zhineng Qigong is something for you. Zhineng Qigong is a Chinese method where one practices both the body and the mind with simple movements. Medical evaluation has showed positive results, not only in China but also in the western world.
PRACTICE GIVES RESULTS
You who begin practicing with us can completely or partly get rid of different ailments – both physical and mental ones. The method suits everyone, independently of age or physical condition. You do not need any previous knowledge either, you will learn the easy main exercise at any of our courses in the Nordic countries. BEGIN PRACTICING WITH US
At our basic courses, you learn more about this training method which has millennial ancestry. At a weekend course, you learn our main exercise »Hold Qi up«. You can also begin with a nine-day Summer Course. In addition, we offer many different courses, see “Courses” and “Our exercises“.

MY STORY
Here we have gathered our participants’ stories about what improvements they have achieved by practicing with us. By practicing qigong, you can improve your physical and mental health. Since we all are individuals with different starting points, the health improving results show themselves in many different ways. What is important is that everyone has the opportunity to improve their health through the training and this is confirmed by the personal stories.

Helga feels more alert, calmer and can concentrate better
Helga attended a nine-day Summer Course in Zhineng Qigong without knowing anything about this training art. She feels more alert, calmer and has a better ability to concentrate.
Renée’s pollen allergy has disappeared
After a nine day summer course, Renée’s pollen allergy, which she has had for 30 years, disappeared. She also tells us that the training gives her an inner calm.
Qigong help’s Ellen against MS
Ellen’s MS-fatigue has improved and the hearing nerve has healed. She has been able to reduce her medicines and she needs less sleep.
Ove’s respect for Zhineng Qigong increases
