Zhineng Qigong outside the East Asian Museum
During the weekend 4 – 5 of September the East Asian Museum in Stockholm opened up their doors after a long time of renovation. A lot of special activities were carried out both outside and inside of the museum. One of the invited organizations were European Zhineng Qigong Center.
Both days offered good weather and a large number of visitors. Many of them stopped to look at our demonstration of Hold Qi Up and to ask us about Qigong. Several of them spontaneously tested the movements.
Every hour we offered a try out session of Hold Qi Up where we also briefly talked about the benefits of practising. As you can see both grown ups and children were interested and we all had a great time in the sunshine.
