The weekend course was conducted in the charming central part of Ystad. Most participants had been practising Zhineng Qigong during several years. Several expressed gratefulness to be able to practise one weekend in the qi-field.

Reduced pain

This is my first course and my right shoulder has improved, which made me sleep better last night. I am grateful.

I used to have severe back pain, being so painful that I hardly could walk, which has improved much thanks to qigong training. I still have some minor back problems, it is getting better and better. I feel improved in my back after this weekend.

I have had pain in my left foot for several months. Now after this weekend my foot feels less painful.

Feeling better

I have back pain, and have been wishing for some time to enjoy the training. During training this course I enjoyed several times, which I am grateful for.

I have participated in many courses with European Zhineng Qigong. It has been a fantastic adventure over the years. It has always been positive and I always go home with extra good mood, feeling much better.

Softer body

My body has been stiff, but with the training and especially during the latest time it has softened quite a lot, e.g. in my shoulders. After getting help with one of the arm positions today, I suddenly could do it in a better way. It seems like a whole body improvement is ongoing, with a continuous development.

Weight loss, improved concentration and calmness

During the past 2 months I have been practising more. One result is that my weight was reduced with at least 5 kg, even if I have been eating more than usual and do not practise any other exercise. It is easier to concentrate at work and I get more done. I also feel calmer. If we practise more, we get more.

Improved vision

I have been practising several years. My vision has gradually improved much this year. At most, I was prescribed eyeglasses of strength -3.0. Nowadays, I must not use eyeglasses at home. In front of a computer I can use -0.5. One day a while ago, I had stress and this deteriorated my vision. Then, I practised the method EasyCare for eyes and my vision immediately returned.
