The weekend course was also this time held in the City Centre of Trondheim, by Solsiden. Some had made a long journey to join the course. The new participants received useful corrections from those who were repeating the course, and vice versa. All were practising with concentration, equality and good spirits.
Comments from course participants:
Softer hips
“My back muscles are weak. Yesterday, however, I felt a change in the hip area. Now I can bend my hips more backwards.”
Pleasure and energy
“This is my first weekend course. My wife has spent some time on this training after the previous course, and I can see that it makes her good. I realize that I have lots to work with, and I know that I, by this training, get in touch with body and mind. I now feel pleasure and energy.”
No osteoarthritis
“I have had osteoarthritis in my hips. I could not lie on my sides. Now I have no problems with osteoarthritis anymore. I will continue to practice Zhineng Qigong in preparation for my old age.”
Better in a sinus
“I have now practiced for 6 months after my first weekend course. I notice the energy here. I am now better in a sinus that use to get clogged.”
Back straightened up
“My hands and feet are warm. My back has straightened up.”
Knee bending became easy
“This day has gone fast. I have gained a lot of energy. Knee bending became suddenly so easy during the Hold Qi Up lection.”
Keeps migraine away
“I have felt relaxed here. That was just what I wanted. One of the reasons I practice Zhineng Qigong is that it keeps my migraine away.”
Important motivation
“It is good to come here, and an important motivation. I have put on some bad habits when I practice at home.”
Shoulder pain disappeared
“The pain in the shoulder disappeared during this course.”
Investment
“This is an investment for my old age. It feels like my back has become more upright during the course. I now feel more relaxed and pleased.”
More focused
“Today, I managed to bend my knees deeper. I usually have a flow of worries and a lot of planning in my mind. Now, however, I have just been focused on the Zhineng Qigong practice.”
