Hold Qi Up Stockholm [2018-02-03]

To the first course of the spring in Hold Qi Up, a group of experienced “Qigongers” gathered together with those who participated in their first course. Several among the new participants arrived from places at a short distance from Stockholm and they had joined us to learn our method. Some of them had been inspired from reading about other’s good effects from the training at our website.

A positive and fruitful element at our courses is how the more experienced help the new participants. That contributes to a faster learning process and that the results can become clearer.
