The term’s second Hold Qi Up course in Stockholm was held at Södergården. Both new and experienced participants took the opportunity to get more qi, something that may be needed during the autumn and before the winter. It was a good atmosphere among the participants. The beginners got in to the training well and were helped by the more experienced through corrections. In addition to local Stockholmers, participants came from Åland, Norway, Gothenburg and Uppsala.
