The atmosphere was calm and friendly at the first course of the season in Bergen. Afterwards, several of the participants emphasized the quality of the instructions and the corrections they were given during the course.
Good effects
”Many things happened during this course, I think it is a sign of good effects. Even though I cannot pinpoint anything concrete right now.”
Positive experience
“It has been fascinating to see how the body responds to the different exercises. A very positive experience.”
Good instructions
“I have felt alert today. I think it has been a good course, and I have learned the armtraining a little better.”

Good corrections
“I have had a pleasant relaxation in my body after the training we did. I have been given very good corrections this time, and I have learned a lot from those.”
Problems discovered
“I am planning to practice more from now, after some time off. I will start today. Some problems that have been present during all my years of practice have come to the surface now. Now I know how to perform the exercises. It is easy in theory to relax the shoulders during training, but it is not so easy in practice!”
Neck and shoulders more relaxed
“It has been a good course! My whole spine has been trained, from the pelvis and all the way up. I can feel that my neck and shoulders will be more relaxed from now, I have wished for that to happen. Thank you for a good course and a nice atmosphere.”
Strong and alert
“This has been a very good course. Yesterday, I immediately felt things happening. The corrections have been excellent. I have learned a lot, and I am looking forward to continue practicing. I feel strong and alert.”
Inward focus
“It has been a very good course. It has been challenging in many ways, but that is what I wish for. The challenge is to stand still and turn my focus inwards. I have had good effects during the weekend, and my body feels very pleasant now.”
Better sleep
“This has been a nice and pleasant course, although we have been few participants. I have been given good corrections, and I feel I know how to perform Hold Qi Up better now. Espescially the armtraining. I have noticed that I need less sleep during courses, and this often starts a week or so before the course.”
