In 1998 Kerstin joined a Summer Course in Hamburgsund. She had very good results from it and she wrote about that in a letter to us. She also told her sister Elsie, who then also got curious about it and so she tried it. Since then both sisters have continued their training.
Since Marianne started practicing Qigong in the end of the 90-ies her state of health has improved step by step. Problems that she used to suffer from, like ecsema around her eyes, have disappeared completely. She also got many mental improvements. She reminds us of the importance of regular training habits.
Even though Elisabeth only has practiced for a short period of time, she has achieved good results in the form of reduced stiffness and pain in her neck and shoulders.
Elisabeth got in touch with the European Zhineng Qigong Center thanks to a project with the Breast Cancer association Amazonas in 2003. She has kept on practicing since then and has achieved good results, both mentally and physically. She tells us that the training makes her feel that she is on her way to something better all the time.
Harriet felt that she gradually got more and more physical problems such as inflammations in her muscle insertions, pain in her joints and a frozen shoulder. By practicing Zhineng Qigong her situation is getting better.

My contribution here is not so much about clear physical changes, but rather about a person who is on her way toward a new outlook on our existence, a person who dares to be a little happier and to let go a little more.
