This year it was time for Gothenburg to host the Winter Course training. To attend this course you need to have participated in a Winter Course and therefore all of the participants were experienced qigong-students. During this course we trained as we do during the Winter Course, same exercises and with a high intensity – something that was much appreciated in the darkness of the autumn.
Many of the participants had traveled from different parts of the country to participate and as always it was joyful to meet all the qigong-friends again. The course was pervaded by calm, good atmosphere and a strong qi-field.

Some results from the course:
Improved Eyesight
“A lot of things have been happening lately. My eyesight is a lot better. That has been a gradual improvement. At home I can walk around without glasses and in front of the computer I only need glasses with -1. That’s a really big improvement. When I practice EasyCare for the eyes, my sight improves instantly. Specifically this course, my waist has improved and I can go deeper during the knee bend. My shoulders are starting to loosen up. Thanks to you all who contribute to the qi-field.”
Help with Graduation
“I have graduated and it is thanks to the qigong that it has gone so well. Especially the last months I have attended a few courses and that has been feeling really good.”
Straightened Finger
“One tangible effect: I haven’t been able to fully extend the middle finger of my right hand, but now I can.”
More Alert
“The first day I was very tired. I almost hit my head on the plate during lunch break, but then it got better. The last few days I’ve been a lot more alert. This morning I woke up at 6 am without an alarm clock.”
Corrections
“I like this level of intensity of training. I’ve had a lot of help to do the exercises better. It feels easier and softer. I’m still very fascinated how tiny corrections can generate such a huge effect, you really need help with correcting. That is hard to do on your own. We need each other.”
Lowered Pulse
“This morning when I woke up I felt better than I’ve done in a long time. I felt normal, like this is how it is supposed to feel! So I checked my pulse. I’ve had very high pulse for a while. I think I always have had a high pulse but lately I’ve had to check it often. Now it’s down to 70. When I checked a few days ago it was 90. I’ve had a cough but now it is gone. I’ve been wakening myself coughing but now I don’t do that.”
Less Swollen and Red Throat
“I’m very pleased with this Winter Course training. After each weekend course I attend here in Gothenburg I feel calmer and stronger, but this training course went deeper than that. The last two weeks the right side of my throat has been swollen and red. Already on Saturday I sensed that it had started to feel different and better so I hope the problems soon will disappear. I’m looking forward to next time we get to do this training in Gothenburg again!”

“Distracting thoughts is my best sport. When I’ve been training now I haven’t felt such a resistance towards the exercise, or been waiting for the exercise to end. It has more felt like “is it already over?”. It’s a huge progress to be able to be present in the training”
