Newsletter November 2008

The autumn newsletter has now been published in our homepage, under the headline “Publications”. Read about all our coming courses among others our winter course in Bollnäs and our four day training course in Stockholm. There is also a report from this year summer course.

Our First Autumn Course

In Pargas, we held our first Autumn Course, a four day residential course mainly focused on practising. The course is open to anyone who has attended at least one basic course in Hold Qi Up.

Shenxin Qigong for eight days – Welcome to Bollnäs and the Winter course!

Now you can sign up for the Wintercourse 2009. One news is that the course will last for six days – compared to five days the other years. That means if you choose to join the basic course as well, which takes place the days before, you can practice Shenxin Qigong eight days in total. A great possibility to get more Qi!

New date

You can sign up for the course in our homepage. Notice that the date has been changed. The basic course takes place Sunday and Monday, Februari 22 – 23. The Winter course start on Tuesday, February 24, and last until Sunday, March 1.

Five years at Skeppsholmen

Sunday, September 14, it was time for the special day at Skeppsholmen in Stockholm. It´s a day with a lot of activities at Skeppsholmen. The Museum of Far Eastern Antiquities, among others, arranges several activities. For the fifth time we were invited to give the visitors a chance to try Zhineng Qigong. We are very happy for the invitation as it gives us the possibility meet many different people. Hopefully some of them will start to practice and by the training improve their health.

We could clearly feel that the automn is coming and we had to wear warm clothes not to feel cold, sharing information and demonstrating Hold Qi Up. This year we were located close to the big and white wall, surrounding their Chinese garden. Several of the visitors told us that it was a very nice to see the calm movements in Hold Qi Up with the beautiful wall in the background. There were also several chanses for the visitors to try our training.

The Asian Festival of Far Eastern Museeum in Stockholm, a part of the Skeppsholmen-day.

This Sunday, September 14, the Far Eastern Museum in Stockholm arrange their traditional Asian Festival, a part of the “special day” at Skeppsholmen. We have taken part every year since it starteed, so also this year. We will be there there, 11.00-17.00, with information about Zhineng Qigong. There will also be possibilities to try our training, 12.00, 13.00, 14.00, 15.00, 16.00. Very welcome!
