Many people have significantly improved their health by practising Zhineng Qigong. To give as many people as possible the chance to learn the method we want to cooperate with different kinds of organizations. On Thursday April 29th we had a lecture about Zhineng Qigong for the members of DHR, an association for people with mobility impairments in Stockholm. We hope to have cooperation with the association further on.

We have started to cooperate with Friskvårdskuponger i Sverige AB, a company that cooperates with a number of businesses and organizations all over Sweden with the purpose of enabling them to support their employees in improving their health.

Every semester Dongyue Su usually gives a lecture in Stockholm. To do physical qigong training is important for the health to improve. Still, how we use our mind is very important and influence what improvements we can get. Therefore, don’t miss the possibility to be inspired and motivated by Su Dongyue’s wisdom. The lecture is suited for both beginners and more advanced students.

The Winter Course 2010 will be arranged one week later than previous years, week 10. We’ll be in the beautiful folk school in Bollnäs for the eight year in a row.

The reason for the change of date is that the community in Bollnäs has changed the school holiday to week 10. We can only use the school when the students are on holiday. The other weeks there’s education and no room for us.

For us, it’s almost getting a tradition to join the Asia festival at the Museum of far eastern antiquities. To attend that kind of events is a great opportunity for us to meet a lot of people. We practiced Hold qi up on the lawn in front of the museum and there were also possibilities for the visitors to try the training.

This year Su Dongyue gave a lecture in the afternoon. Quite many people came to listen and some of them decided to participate at the basic course in Stockholm the weekend to come. Thanks to the Museum of far eastern antiquities for inviting us to the festival.
