During the weekend of October 27 to 28, we will hold our first Lift up Qi course in Germany, in Wedel just outside Hamburg. The participants will after the course have the option to joing a local group training.

On Friday 26th October 19.00 – 21.00, we will have a lecture that is free och charge and open to all. No registration required. The place of the lecture is Ärtztecentrum Rosengarten Rosengarten 5 in Wedel.

In the set of courses that we offer some courses are not a part of Zhineng Qigong but related and can therefore help us further our experience and understanding of Zhineng Qigong. Amongst these courses are the courses in TuiNa and Wei Tuo Jin.

In the TuiNa course we will introduce meridians and acupoints which are basic knowledge for lovers of TCM, Qigong and healing. The reciepes we give out on how to treat different complaints and disieases are very useful and effective, especially for therapists. The theory of meridians and acupoints is helpful for understanding and learning the reciepes, Qigong methods like Xing Shen Zhuang etc.

Wei Tuo Jin is a famous and powerful traditional qigong method that has been practiced in China for more than a thousand years. A lot of people have used this exercise to improve their health and build up their gung fu in order to get better results when they practice TuiNa, martial arts and other things. Wei Tuo Jin has a similar philosophy and way to improve health and gung fu as Zhineng Qigong. Actually, Wei Tuo Jin is an exercise that contributed postures to Xing Shen Zhuang. Learning and trying Wei Tuo Jin can therefore help us understand more about the origins and history of Zhineng Qigong.

We recommend the course to therapists and persons that want to strenghten their health, body and power or Qigong lovers to learn the theory. We have our qifield in these courses.

Before the coming weekend course in Malmö there will be two lectures held Wednesday 18th of April and Friday 20th of April. On Wednesday the lecture will focus on the foundational pillars of Zhineng Qigong; The importance of the Qi-field and a qualified teacher as well as how the results of the training depends on these things.

The lecture is taught by Herbjørn Wilhelmsen – who has followed and practiced Zhineng Qigong with our main teacher Su Dongyue for quite some time. He talks about his own results and improvements, but also about the exiting results that of many of our participants have achieved.

Welcome to both of the lectures!

Now is a good time to join and practice in our qifield. The winter course is arranged during week 8 and it’s still possible to join the course.

Our qifield is very strong right now which makes it a good time to participate if you’re able to. Just as usual we will practice a lot during the winter course and our experiences from earlier years courses show as that the results have been very good.

This year we will learn some new things about our qifield and we will also learn some new training methods of Shenxin Qigong.
