HQU 2 Vasa [2012-04-14]

Our first course in Hold qi up 2 in Vasa was appreciated by the participants. Several asked eagerly when we will give this course again in their area. The participants appreciated both the large amount of practising we did and all the new things they learned. Since everyone has attended at least a basic course in Hold qi up, there is more space for practising and detailed correction of the movements in Hold qi up 2. This course provides a good step forward in the training in terms of both quantity and quality.

By practising well in our strong qifield you can quickly get good results, as also the participants of the course in Vasa noticed. You can read more about the students’ results in their own words below.

Pain in the arm disappeared

“I usually do not have ailments. But now I have had pain in one arm for a few weeks, it hurts especially when I lift it up, I probably have an inflammation. Have practised less recently. Yesterday I could feel my arm, and my knees were stiff. Today I have no pain or stiffness at all.”

Chronic inflammation of the arm healed

“After I started practising qigong, my arm is in much better shape, I had a chronic inflammation of the elbow for over 10 years and had pain day and night, surviving on pain medication. My arm has been operated on twice. Now my arm is almost back to normal, only if I do a lot of repetitive movements it becomes inflamed again. Then I take an anti-inflammatory pain killer, and my arm is in good shape the next day. I sleep much better now than before.”

Helps against postnatal depression

“It’s been a wonderful course. I had postpartum depression, have been to see a psychologist who wanted me to take medication for depression, but I declined it. I think Qigong helps better against my depression, but without the side effects.”

Standing in a better balance

“This has been a good and intense course. It has been good to get deeper knowledge of Qigong. My shoulders and my neck got better after I started practising qigong. My ligaments have been torn to shreds and now it feels positive to be able to have a balanced standing posture after having had such a crooked posture before. I feels like I’ve landed in my body during this course. Especially today, I feel that I stand straighter and in better balance.”

Can manage without crutches

“It’s been a great course. I practise to become supple, my spine is curved and I have a pinched sciatic nerve. I walked for a while with a crutch, but I was able to give it up.”

About the course

“Really interesting and intense course. I’ve learned a lot of new things.”

“It’s been a very good course. It’s very good to get corrections so that you can get help with fine adjustments.”
