By November 2011 it was time for our first Hold qi up 2 course in Hamar. From the start around 3 years ago we have had a practicing group in Hamar. Now we even meet weekly in Elverum. It helps the students keep up the training and improve their results. Now it was time to take it a little further in Hamar, and several of the students was very pleased with beeing able to learn more about Hold qi up. We also found time to train quite a lot Hold qi up, so that the participants got a lot of qi.

Deep relaxation
I joined only one day. It was very comfortable to train as much as we did. After one lecture, I felt how the body relaxed very deeply. I needed that.
Less disturbing thoughts
The course has given me good results. It has been good to get some new points of attention, and new ways of thinking – that way I cannot pay so much attention to my own thoughts. I also experience that we have had a rich amount of time during the course.
Nice to go under the surface of the exercise
It has been nice to spend more time practicing compared to what we do in the basic course. I thought I knew the exercise better than I did. It was really good to penetrate deeper into the exercise. The new ways of thinking, helps me a lot, because I have many thoughts running around almost continiuosly. Yesterday, my mind felt empty.
Useful with new ways of thinking
It has been nice to go deeper into the exercise to learn more. These new ways of thinking surely will benefit me, as my head is filled with thoughts all of the time.
Used to having sleepingproblems, but slept well tonight
I have had problems sleeping for many years, and it is hard. I often feel tired, but Saturday night I slept very well. Just before the course, I cought a serious cold. I can feel it is better now, even though I`m not completely well yet. I`m very content.
New feeling of qi
The training has been very powerful during the whole weekend. I have got a new feeling of qi, even inside of the body. I am very pleased.
