Korsholm was the place where Vasa Hold Qi Up was organized this time. There were a lot of participants, two of which drove more than 100 km every day to join the course. They got a lot of help to learn the movements from the more experienced “qigongers”, who have the habit of repeating Hold Qi Up for the luxury of calmly practising together for a whole week-end.

Knee improved
“I have enjoyed the course and I´ve been feeling well practising this much. Some years ago, I had an issue with one of my knees but after starting to practise qigong, it has disappeared.”
Comfort in qigong
“I started practicing in 2005 because of my irritable stomach. Directly, after the first movements, I felt a positive effect from the method and I no longer have any issues with my stomach. Qigong helps towards fatigue syndrome
“I attended my first course in 2011 when I was recovering from fatigue syndrome. Unfortunately, I had a two-year break from practising and my symptoms came back. Since 2015 I have been practising regularly and I feel fine.”
Chronic pain in elbow
“When I started practising I had chronic pain in my elbow and I was taking a lot of medication. I was very stiff in the beginning and I barely dare to imagine in what shape I would have been if I had not started training qigong.”

“When I started practising I had reoccurring migraines and I was very stressed at my work. Nowadays, I no longer need my strong medicine towards migraine and I have learnt to handle the stressful environment at work. I don´t get angry anymore.”

I was planning on going to Sweden to attend a course but then to my delight, I saw that there was a course organized in Vasa.
