Hold Qi Up Trondheim [2017-09-16]

Trondheim 2017The weekend course was also this time held in the atrium by Solsiden. New and old participants relaxed and contributed with motivation and a positive mood for a very harmonious course in our nice Qi field.

The sinus opened

“I am well taken care of here. This course is new to me. I have previously had surgery in the sinus. During the course I found that the sinus opened – and at the same time emptied itself. Now I feel calm and relaxed.”

Focus

“Zhineng Qigong has nice exercises and beautiful movements. It was new to me to focus on the eyes, i.e. not to blink.”

Optimism

“I have had a pain in the right shoulder for approx. 1 year. This weekend it has changed. Something positive has happened with my right arm and the right side of the back. During the weekend I have become calmer. I am thinking: ‘Everything is going to be fine’. I have received a strange optimism, which I am pleased with.”

Shoulder improved

“I have had pain in the left shoulder ab. 1 year. It has now improved. I feel calm and energetic. The course has been good for me.”

Better balance

“I have been fighting a lot mentally. This weekend, however, I have acknowledged: ‘I resign’. My left foot/leg is injured, and I walk with crutches. My foot is better now. It looks quite normal. When I came to the course I could not stand on two legs. Now I have better balance, even without crutches. I can also stand a little on my injured foot.”

Better posture

“Zhineng Qigong has helped me a lot. When I started with Zhineng Qigong, about 16 years ago, the first focus was on body relaxation. Nevertheless, over time I have acquired some bad habits. It has been a while since I have attended a Zhineng Qigong course. When I stopped practicing, symptoms arose, (and I got high blood pressure). When I came here for the weekend course, my shoulders were high. During this weekend, my body has straightened up, and I feel so tall.”

Tensions drop

“I feel peaceful; finding myself calm quickly. I am breathing freely. My body temperature feels better. Ordinarily I am cold. Now my body feels warmer. I have had tensions in my jaw for a long time. These are now releasing. The last year I have been bothered by migraines. After the Summer Course this year, I have not had migraine attacks. I feel focused, and I am happy.”
