This somewhat cold spring weekend in Oslo some ten people gathered to take the basic course in Hold Qi Up. Several already practice the exercise regularly and some learnt the exercise for the first time. There was a calm and concentrated atmosphere during the course. Less pain in knee
”3-4 days ago I had a severe blow to one of my knees. It has worked very well there during the course and now I have almost no pain at all. Thank you for the course, it has been great!”
Better concentration

Lovely feeling in body after practice
