Hold Qi Up Ljungskile [2017-10-14]

Nine new entrants of a total of 27 participated in this lovely weekend course in Ljungskile. In the house where we meet there is a wall that can be pulled away, so we have room for just as many more. We had a calm and harmonious course, despite the fact that many of the participants had various health problems and ailments with them when they came. A participant, who started training almost 20 years ago, said she now heard new details of the movements and thought this was wonderful. There is always more to learn about these movements, which is why so many comes back to these basic courses over and over again.

Some comments from participants:

I feel younger

“I have been practicing Zhineng Qigong for a few years and I feel younger today than when I started. I get so much out of weekend courses; it feels a bit like winning each time. This course I have felt calmer in mind and found it easier to focus than other weekends.”

Softer neck

“This is the first time I have been on a course. On Saturday, there was a little chaos in my brain but today (Sunday) I´m calmer. I have a pinched nerve in my neck. I feel considerably more flexible in my neck now than I usually do. ”

Not restless

“This is my first course. I feel like time flied. I am often restless but I feel distinctly more relaxed in mind and body than I usually do. “

Easy and harmonious

“This is my second course. I have no direct physical problems but I feel better since I started training.
Easy and harmonious. I can handle different situations better than before. “
