Eva benefits from qigong

After many years of being involved in different physical trainings, I thought it would be fun to try something new. So I took up qigong. Because I have a bit of a bad posture and get back pain at times, I was excited to see what could happen.

Summer course

I have now attended my first Summer course after two years of practising. It was a wonderful experience, now I understand why many people go each year.Eva benefits from qigong

Stronger back, recommend

I feel much stronger in my back and I have the strength to hold it up better. My balance is also much better and I feel very good in general. I therefore would like to recommend Qigong to all.
