Xiao Gongfa Oslo [2017-03-11]

Xiao Gongfa is one of our shorter courses. Here we learn simple yet efficient exercises which can be used at any time during the day to keep the body soft and the mind calm. One evening in March a course was held in Oslo. Read some of the participants experiences below:

Easy to understand and perform

What I find is so good about this course and these exercises is that they are simple and easy to perform. I can do them between jobs in my job situation.
