After a few years of interruption we are now resuming our appreciated training trips to Spain. This will be the fifth year we arrange a training trip to Almunecar, a beautiful and genuine small town on the Spanish Costa del Sol, about 70 kilometers east of Malaga. The trip and course were a tradition for many before the pandemic, an opportunity to combine training in our strong qifield with sun, bathing, good food, and community with a view directly over the Mediterranean. The dates are April 25 – May 2. The course is open to those who have completed the basic course Lift Up Qi with us. It has been appreciated by many that family members can come along and live with us without participating in the training.
Morning training on the beach right by the Mediterranean, group training in our strong qi-field at our hotel with a view of the sea, sun and warmth in Europe’s best mainland climate, good hotel with excellent service, abundant buffet for breakfast and dinner, joy, laughter, and a good community – yes, all this and much more you will get if you travel with us to Almunecar this spring. We are staying at the same hotel as in previous years, Helios, located right by the beach and all double rooms have a sea view. Those who have been with us on any of the previous trips have expressed how much they appreciated the hotel, including the rooms, food, service, and not least the location. For those who wish, you can stay a few extra days, arrive earlier, or leave later.
The last day for registration is September 30. First come, first served. We have 35 spots available; no more can fit in the training room. If we have extra space and the hotel has rooms, we will also accept registrations after September 30. Relatives who do not participate in the training can join at a reduced price, subject to availability at the hotel.

Refunds upon cancellation are only available in case of illness, etc., standard conditions as with other trips apply.
The price for the trip is SEK 8,600, and the following is included in your package price:
– Course fee, a total of approximately 30 hours of joint training. The first training session is Saturday from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and the last on Friday at the same time.
– Accommodation in a double room for seven nights
– Breakfast and dinner for seven days
– Day trip to an interesting location.
Please note that flights are not included in the price; you will need to book your round-trip flight to Malaga yourself. If you would like, we can arrange transfer to and from the hotel at cost price. If you wish to stay in a single room, this is possible subject to availability, either by yourself in a double room with sea view, price SEK 11,500 or in a single room without a sea view, price SEK 11,100. For children staying in their parents’ room, there is an additional cost of SEK 2,200.
