Life has begun to change

After I started to practise Zhineng Qigong, my life has begun to change on many different levels. I was recommended by acquaintances to practise qigong since I had sleeping problems and suffered from migraine.

Reduced weight, sleep is good and no migraine

After my first weekend, without thinking about it, I started to reduce weight. During the first four weeks with regular practise, I lost 10-12 kilo and I now also sleep as I should. I am not bothered by migraine any more, and these things gave me motivation to keep on practising.

Handles stress better

On a mental level I find peace in the practice which makes me able to handle stress better. As the author H.C. Andersen wrote “ to travel is to live” – with qigong practise I have started a journey in my life with new vitality and I am looking forward to the next part of the journey to new destinations.
