Time and place for the Wintercourse 2005

Next years Wintercourse will be arranged a little later compared to previous years, but just like before the course will be arranged in Bollnäs.

The course starts off with a basic 2-days Shenxin Qigong course that will start on the second day of easter (2005-03-28). Directly afterwards we will start the Wintercourse that lasts for 5 days.

To join the 5 days of the Wintercourse it is necessary to join basic courses in Hold Qi up and Shenxin Qigong. To make the Wintercourse feeling come as soon as possible we will even this time arrange evening- and morning-training during the basic course.

As usual at the Wintercourses, we will mainly practise Shenxin Qigong but also Three Centers Merge, some armtraining, a little Hold Qi up and more. Under Results > Course reports we have published reports that shows the good results from the Wintercourses that we have arranged earlier. The courses are now added to our course list and it is possible to book a place from now on.

Welcome to Bollnäs!

Two-day Training Course in Helsingborg

This term we will arrange a two-day Training Course in Helsingborg on 6 to 7 November for our participants. The Training Courses are highly appreciated and many people find themselves getting some of the feeling they have on our Summer Courses. The intense training in the Qifield, the fellowship and the joy of achieving results are three essential reasons for this. Often the participants travel far to join us and take the opportunity to meet during a couple of days, sharing their experience and getting together with Zhineng Qigong as the common basis

The Training Course is on the right level for those of you who have joined at least a Weekend Course, but Summer Course participants often join these Training Courses as well. Everybody can practise together irrespective of how long they have been training and our participants emphasize the importance of practising in the Qifield.

TuiNa and Wei Tuo Jin in Gothenburg

It is time for this year’s Gothenburg course in TuiNa and Wei Tuo Jin. The course is very interesting in a number of ways: to body therapists who wish to develop their skills, achieve greater effect on their treatment and also get help in counteracting fatigue. It is also extremely interesting to those of you who have come to love Qigong.

At Akupunkt TuiNa

we learn a number of highly useful acupoints which can be used for treating illness professionally or for promoting personal health, or for treating one’s own family and friends. We will learn several new treatment programs as well as some simple and natural ways to diagnose.

Wei Tuo Jin

is a traditional Qigong method which builds strength and Qi. It is compulsory at the official TCM courses at universities in China since it clearly improves the results of treatment and it helps body therapists counteract fatigue. In addition, the method helps therapists improve their health. Wei Tuo Jin is also used in martial arts to build strength. The course is compulsory for those who join Acupoint TuiNa but it is also suitable for those who wish to know more about Qigong or wish to build their strength. If you wish to read more about TuiNa or Wei Tuo Jin please go to Articles, Results or Courses.

New project in Stockholm 2005

The previous three projects we’ve carried out in Stockholm have all been highly appreciated. The results have been evident and for many they are a significant change, the participants have found a natural and simple way to improved health. No matter what status they where in when they joined, many experienced a clearly increased life quality through their training. Both their physical and mental health were improved and their energy was restored. We have received many wishes to arrange new projects, something which would give even more people the same opportunity. This is why we now are gathering our forces and publish our plans for a new project already in the beginning of next year.

During these six weeks we will also have evening practice sessions twice a week. In total the project, excluding the lecture, comprises of 60 hours of courses and training. It is also possible, provided that there is room, to participate only in the three weekend courses.
