The course was this time held in the Bridge Association House in Trondheim. Some participants had travelled a long way to attend. Both new and repeating participants had the pleasure of practising together. Clarity, calmness and well-being became a common denominator for this weekend.

Asthma cough gone
“The asthma cough, which has severely bothered me for a long time – day and night, is now gone.”
Shoulder pain disappeared
“I am new to this course. I was in serious doubt, however I agreed to come. I am surprised by the effects. My shoulders have been completely changed. The pain is gone. This weekend I have also been snoring less. According to my wife I use to snore like an elk.”
Well being
“I have been looking for a method/tool in everyday life to become strong and painless. The body has been imbalanced, with tension, pain and fatigue. I felt good yesterday, and now I feel like having spent the whole weekend optimally. My goal is to be still at work and get into a positive circle. I am keeping things in check with this training.”
Warmth in the feet
“It is nice to be here and practise. It feels like the batteries are being charged and everything is getting better. There is a lot of warmth in the feet. I am much happier now than when I arrived.”
Feel calmness
“At this weekend course I got a wonderful calmness right away, lasting through the whole weekend. I always freeze when I am attending a course, however, this weekend I was warm through – even my fingers were warm. I am so grateful for the Qigong, and not least for all the nice people I meet there.”

Ankle fracture recovered
“I have a strained shoulder. It works and loosens gradually. During the correction of squats, I felt that some ankle lesions were straightened out. I have had a fracture there.”
Solve problems
“Last night I woke up because the problems came sailing. Still, I managed to relax and not get caught by them. I now focus on thinking that it resolves, being calm believing that you will survive even if there are big challenges. It is good to have this method.»
Body feeling changed
“The course has been inspiring. There is a nice group here. After this course, my body feeling has changed. I state improvements in just a few days. The most positive experience is to be able to get in place so quickly. It is amazingly good.”
