Hold Qi Up Stockholm [2022-09-17]

The participants were eager to, for the first time after corona, join our physical qi-field on a weekend course. The online training has been a great help for many of our students during the corona pandemic. The absence of physical training and courses during the pandemic has made it clearer the great benefit we get from practising together in our qi-field. It’s hard to get the kind of positive impact on the health state that our training can give. Not to forget the value of joining a physical course and interact with other students.

Some comments from the participants:

Online training

“I have been practising Qigong for a long time. I appreciate the online training very much, the regularity is very positive, to practise before bedtime makes me calm, there’s no problem to fall asleep. I have chronic pain in my body, the online training helps a lot, it gives me a feeling of softness.”

“I have practised for twelve years. The training is great, I have handled my migraine with the training. The Winter Course Training Online gave me great results, I appreciate it very much. The corona years was very tough, I have been tired. I feel my situation is getting better. Thanks for a great course.”

“I have joined most of the online training, it has been something to hold on to. I have longed for the physical courses. Thanks to all of you.”

Social interaction

“Thanks for a great course. It had good pedagogical structure. The courses and the training is an important social event for me. It has been empty without the courses and training.”

“It’s nice to practise together. The Qigong-context is wonderful.”

Qi

“The spiritual dimension interests me. Qi is interesting. It´s interesting to come in contact with a training art that deals with qi. I will try to start practise again. The weekend course was great.”

Spontaneous participation

“Last Thursday I got the idea that I wanted to join a Qigong course. I’m glad that I joined this course, I believe I can get help from this training.”
