Hold Qi Up Stockholm [2020-09-26]

During the last weekend in September it was finally time for a Qigong course in Stockholm again! At Södermalm a group of Qigong participants came together during this autumn weekend to learn and practise Hold Qi Up. Several of the experienced participants told that they enjoy the online practise, to practise together every day in the qi-field – in your own home. At the same time many expressed their great joy to be able to come to a course to meet their friends and practise in the qi-field.

Some comments from the participants:

“It is lovely with a course. Nice and enjoyable. Practising Qigong is my lifeline. Physically I am much more supple now than 20 years ago and feel much better mentally. I have suffered a lot from depression and anxiety. One is not immune but can handle it better.”

“Nice to attend a course and meet everybody again. The online practise is excellent but I have missed meeting everybody.”

“Good course and nice premises. The Qigong practise has mitigated my frequent troubles with neck and shoulders and during this course I focused on my right side which has been giving me trouble lately. During the online practise last night it got much better! I hope it will continue getting better during the online practise tonight.”

“Marvellous with a course. I have been able to focus better and been calmer compared with practising at home.”

“A long awaited course, a new start. You feel a bit better after a weekend like this.”

“I agree with the former speakers, it is fantastic to come together to practise. It is so nice that courses and weekly training groups have started again. To be corrected is excellent. Nice premises.”

“Nice to be in a Zhineng Qigong environment. Excellent course. I appreciate when the instructions are exact. Nice to be corrected.”

“Lovely with a proper course. The online practise is very good but it is different to meet each other.”

“Thank-you for a nice course. I have longed for it. Fantastic to meet you all again. I love Qigong, it helps me mentally in my everyday life.”
