Hold qi up Pargas [2014-09-27]

In glorious sunshine, we held this autumn’s basic course in Pargas. The lovely school is also the venue for our popular autumn course. The tranquil and beautiful setting is ideal for a relaxing qigong weekend.

It’s amazing what a difference just a weekend of Zhineng qigong training can make. Several of the participants almost immediately felt the effect of the method. We notice that the effect increases as our qi field is getting stronger. A participant who has been with us for a long time said that the feeling you get after a weekend course now is the same as that of from a longer course. Below, we’ve picked out some of the participants’ comments about the course and the results they got.

Helps with bad back

“My bad back has slowly gotten better thanks to practising Zhineng Qigong. It was a nice course, the young participants are invigorating.”

“I have had serious problems with my back and with standing, but it gets better every after I practise.”

Repetition is good

“I had forgot some of the movements, so it was good to come here and refresh my memory.”

No longer feels muscle injury

“It was good to come here, I have had some great corrections. I feel good when i practise Zhineng Qigong. I had a severe muscle injury this spring. It may take 1-2 years to recover from such an injury, but I cannot not feel it now. Qigong helps. It is good if you create a routine for practising.”

Younger and more alert

“I have practised Zhineng Qigong for almost five years. It has given me a lot more energy, it feels like I’m younger, even though I get older. I manage better at work than my younger colleagues. Also, my children notice that their mom has more energy. Very nice that my youngest girl came here to the course, now we can start practising together.”

“It was a nice course. As usual, I was tired the first day but I’m more alert today. It feels good, I’m getting better just by coming here. I feel younger and life feels easier after a course like this. In the past, I felt like this only after the longer courses.”

Felt like acupuncture

“This was my the second time joining this course. Now I knew what it was all about. I have huge problems with my shoulders and back. When we first joined the weekly training after the summer break and we practised La qi, it felt just like acupuncture in my back.”

A tool for well-being

“I started practising Zhineng Qigong ten years ago, but now it has been two years since I last joined a course. I felt that I really needed this. Zhineng Qigong is a great tool for well-being. It was so great to be corrected.”

I get strength, power and endurance and can keep going, although it sometimes feels tough. It’s really important to join the courses. It is also good to travel to other places to join courses sometimes.”

Help against diseases

“It feels good to have Zhineng Qigong to help prevent disease. When my daughter had a severe cold, I also got it, but for me all the symptoms were so mild that no one had known I was sick if I did not say it. Another time, I felt so bad when I woke up I could not even get out of bed to practise. I lay down and listened to qi regulation. After a few repetitions, I could stand up and practise. Then I was totally fine. “
