Less Stress

Interesting Training Form

“I´m a beginner. I have no real ailments, I´m here because I want to stay soft and flexible. During Saturday afternoon when we did arm training I had some pain between my shoulders. The next day I couldn´t feel anything. This training form is interesting, I will continue to practise.”

Improve Gradually

“I have practised for many years. I can see how I gradually have improved my health. I don´t have any allergy related problems any more, I need to sleep less, a knee injury has improved and a few more things. To practise regularly is very good. I practise before work, then I stay alert the whole day.”

“I used to have chronic disease. Qigong is like a medicine for me. If I don´t practise I get worse. I get really relaxed when practising qigong.”

Frozen Shoulder

I´m quite new here, attended my first course this autumn. It felt right to attend the course. This is something I have to do! I had a frozen shoulder and Johannes said it will be ok. I didn´t believe him and laught. On the second day the shoulder was ok and I could move the shoulder. I also had problem in an elbow and it´s much better. I use body regulation and relaxation when I´m worried and stressed and it helps me very much.”

Migraine

“I have practised for four years. When I attended my first course I had migraine five to six days a week. Half a year later, when I attended my second course, I noticed that the migraine was almost completely gone. I then took medicine for migraine about two days per month, which was a great improvement. I practise almost every day. Thanks for a great course.”
