Hold Qi Up Kalmar [2016-09-03]

As usual a mix of people attending the course, some beginners and others more experienced. All beginners learned fast and several expressed a willingness to continue practising both at home and together with others in our evening groups. Below you will find comments from some of the participants

Increased Ability

“I have practised for six years and I have participated on the summer and winter course. I have been longing for this course. Even though I have increased my ability to relax I want to be calmer and softer. I want to thank my wife for introducing me to qigong.”

Better Health

“When I started to practise qigong my body was in a very bad state. The doctors couldn´t understand anything. Step by step I have increased my health.”

Migraine

“I don´t have any major ailments. My migraine has disappeared completely and I lost a lot of weight after my first course. Before this course I had an itchy feeling in my back. When we did the relaxation the pain decreased.”

Heel Spurs

“By practising qigong I got rid of migraine and heel spurs. It´s hard to practise regularly with a little child at home. When I don´t practise regularly I notice how irritation and other similar feelings reappears.”

Very Comfortable

“It feels really comfortable to practise hold qi up. I´m longing for the next course.

Frozen Shoulder

“It felt important to attend the course. Hopefully I will attend the weekly training group. Before the course I had a frozen shoulder, but now I can move it again. I´m happy I joined the course. The training feels important to me.”
