Open minded and with smiling faces we gathered this weekend to practise qigong. Twenty-four people with different experiences of life and the self-training art qigong participated in the course.

Migraine
“I used to have migraine attacks on a regular basis. My vision was disturbed and I even lost my speech when I had my attacks. Today I don’t have migraine attacks anymore. The mental training is important for me, to get the ability to concentrate, relax and to get rid of stress.”
Increased ability
“My friend Ellen talked me into this. My partner also practises Zhineng Qigong and I can see he is getting better. I don’t have any problems, I just want to have a higher ability to relax and calm down.”
“I need to practise for my back, neck and joints. I can clearly feel when I don’t practise. I have improved my ability to concentrate and to be present.”
Flat foot
“I have achieved a lot of great results. I used to be flat footed, sleep very much and be twisted in my body, but all that has disappeared. I can now eat lactose products, I have more energy, and I’m softer and more relaxed.”

I always learn something new. It feels great to be in the qi-field.
Urinary Infections
“I practise for the mental effect, to become calm and to continue having a pain free body. I noticed that when life is hectic you should practise more in order to be able to think clearer. My best physical result is that after the summer course I have not had any urinary infections. Thanks for a great course and great corrections.”
Stress Symptoms
“I have practised for one year. A lot of changes have occurred. I have no longer any stress symptoms, I used to have something like a pressure in my head, and I feel much more alert.”
