Handle Stress

“After the winter course I had a chaotic trip home. Everything went wrong. I noticed I could handle the stressful situation without getting muscle cramps. I have improved my ability so I can do more things now. The course felt really good, it was nice to meet everyone again.”

“Qigong is a workout for everything. It´s good to be here because I tend to forget the details and it´s easier to focus and get deep relaxation.”
