Stressed at work
During pretty many years I have had much stress at work. Last year I got dizziness. I could not get out of bed in the morning as I felt I was going to faint. I felt that I was completely worked out. I understood that I had to do something and that’s when I started a weekend course in qigong.
A working companion had during some years nagged at me to start to practice qigong. I had tried a little but nothing more serious. Anyhow, I decided to try and registered for a course. It worked out very well. I felt stronger and more alert.
Sumer course next
And so I registered for a summer course last year. I was a little skeptical of course but I thought that if it felt too awkward I could always go home. And it made me completely fascinated. I only thought ‘Oh – aha like this’. I was quite impressed by the discipline that I had not realized since I joined the primary school. ‘To stand dead silent early in the morning and practice, that is fascinating’. Afterwards I have had more discipline, concentration and greater self confidence. Qigong is a ‘medicine for all ills’, it is good for everything’. All small diseases here and there disappear.
Stopped smoking
During a health examination I was told to stop smoking. Earlier I had not been a great smoker but it tasted good so all my earlier efforts had failed. Now anyhow I made the decision and it has worked out very well.
A beauty issue; training has reduced my bat flaps, it may not sound so important but yet important to a woman.
Now I participate in my second summer course and I feel really satisfied. I wish that all could practice qigong.
