Stina got rid of Diastasis Symphysis Pubis

A colleague at work had heard about Qigong and recommended me to try. I had pain in my shoulders and I was wondering if I would need massage for the rest of my life. I thought that there had to be something that I could do myself.

I attended my first basic course 1997. Instead of being really tired after the first day, as I had expected, I felt very energetic and I had no pain in my shoulders. I participated in more weekend courses. My husband encouraged me to practice as it made me happier.

In 1998 I got pregnant with my second child. I practiced regularly and I thought it would be good, both for me and for the child. In my mind it was impossible to join a summer course for nine days.

Stina got rid of Diastasis Symphysis Pubis and her blood count improved Two months before the summer course I felt stressed, tired, started to get DSP (Diastasis Symphysis Pubis) and I didn’t practiced much. The week before the summer course I had a check up at the maternity centre. The midwife told me to take it easy. My blood count was very poor. Pregnant in the 7th month, I went to the summer course.

At home, before the summer course, I was hungry all the time so I worried about having to eat at regular times. Being at the course I was not hungry at all. I had a lot of energy and in the night I didn’t need to sleep that much. After 3.5 days at the course someone told me that I walked differently. Instead of being in pain, moving like a duck, I was walking straight.

After the course I had an appointment with my doctor. They took the same tests as before the course. Now all the results were very good, even better than in the beginning of the pregnancy. I didn’t have DSP any more. I continued to practice until “the end” and when Tom was two weeks old he attended a basic course. He just slept, looking up sometimes, being satisfied.

Qigong is a great tool for the life.
