Karen is less stressed due to Zhineng Qigong

I had seen posters about qigong for several years in Kvinnherad where I live. But not until a friend talked about it did I decid to attend a basic course. After the course I started to practise at home straight away and a couple of months later I attended the Summer Course

Effects from the very first day

From the very first day, I had good effects from the training. I’ve had many improvements. I’m less depressed and more energetic. My vision has improved, as well as my back and shoulders. Soon my house dust allergy got better, much better. It is almost completely gone. If I don’t write down all the improvements it’s easy to forget all the things that have happened.

Calmer

Stress has been a problem for me. I had difficulties to take in the information as I was that stressed at my first courses . Today I’m much calmer. I can sit down and talk to people with eye contact and pay attention to the other person. I didn’t manage to do that before.

It’s hard for me to speak in front of a group of people but I helped waking up people in the morning at the Summer Course. It was a big challenge but the Summer Course is a good place to practise. You can practise to keep as calm as you do in the training hall when doing other things. And it feels good to be able to help, to give something back.

The qigong philosophy feels logical to me. It’s easy to take to heart. I’ve never liked the thought of taking medicines to get rid of pain. It’s better to heal oneself by practising

Train yourself

A positive thing about qigong is that you can practise anywhere. You don’t need any special equipment, just a place to stand. The training is fascinating. It makes me calm and self disciplined. It’s a good way to train yourself and it’s a life support. The training makes me more as myself and that is amazing!
