In Lund's local paper, October 31, 2007, there´s an article about
Zhineng Qigong. The article writes that Qigong is the term for many
different methods and the name "Zhineng Qigong" means "wisdom" and
"ability".
Practice to get as good life as possible

Öberg says that the purpose of training is to get balanced and to get as
good life as possible. According to the article many people has improved
their health by practicing and the author of the article writes in the end
that it definitly might be worth trying the method.
