Karins eczema disappeared after 25 years

In the Swedish magazine "Hemmets Veckotidning", number 8, 2010, there's an article about Karin Ask, one of our participants. For a period of time she suffered from eczema as a child. When she was 20 years old, the eczema came back. She tried different ways to treat it but she remembers how it was to be young and feel unattractive. In the late 90ies she attended a course in Zhineng Qigong but it took a couple of years before she started to practice regularly. Quite soon she noticed that the training was good for her. When her parents celebrated their gold wedding day, she wore a dress with short sleeves. She wanted to show how nice her skin was. She has also been able to quit using her asthma medicines.
