Summer Course Training [2025-01-02]

To start the year with the Summer Course training over the Epiphany weekend has become a tradition for those of us who learn and practice with European Zhineng Qigong. Apart from the pandemic years, the course has been held every year since 1998, alternating every other year in Gothenburg and Stockholm. This year it was Stockholm’s turn and we were about 30 participants who practiced together in our strong qi-field. Since everyone had attended at least one Summer Course with us before, we started right away with professional training of Zhineng Qigong.

The joy of meeting Qigong friends was great, the interaction with others is an important part of our courses. Here we can meet like-minded people as equals in training. As some participants put it; To be able to be here is exclusive. We have been lucky to end up in a serious Qigong school led by a real Qigong teacher. It provides a sense of security in the training and the greatest chance of better results. The qi-field is the main feature of the Zhineng Qigong School, its importance for each participant’s opportunities for good results should not be underestimated.

“The first years I trained, I had a strong idea that I would be good and it gave great results. Then there followed a few years when I didn’t do it and I then got worse again. Covid

“I haven’t felt healthy since I got COVID-19 in the spring of 2020. During the past year, I have had recurring infections with fever and cold. I’ve also got high blood pressure and problems with my back. I’ve felt better during the courses, but then gotten much worse again after. I have problems with my current living environment but hopefully it will be much better when I move in a couple of months.
