It was a small group that came to the beginner course in Bergen this autumn, but the course was characterized by a nice atmosphere. Several participants expressed that the lessons were good, and that the exercises were easy to learn. Here are some comments from the participants after the course:

«I am repeating the course. Before my first qigong-course I had some self-inflicted injuries. After that course I noticed that how I walk had changed.
