Forskningsrapporter

Precis som för alla andra områden är den vetenskapliga grunden för qigong viktig. Här introduceras några forskningsrapporter som ger ett visst vetenskapligt stöd för effekterna av qigong. Notera att resultaten nedan endast har visats av namngiven qigonglärare och qigongmetod och inte utan vidare kan sägas gälla andra utövare eller metoder.

Inflammation

Titel: Effects of Zhineng Qigong on Experimental Inflammation and Neutrophil Chemiluminescence.

Resultat: The results showed that Zhineng Qigong could significantly inhibit carrageenan-induced rat paw edema (p<0.01) and stimulate neutrophil CL in vitro (p<0.01).

Minne och förmåga till inlärning

Resultat: The receptor of rat brainsynaptic membranes can successfully recieve the information of Zhineng Qigong, cerebral cortex and hippocampus (both have close relation to learning and memory) and the function of M-receptor were enchanged by increasing the affinity with their ligand.

Cancer

Titel: Effects of Zhineng Qigong on Sarcoma (S-180).
Qigonglärare: Su Dongyue

Publicerat: "Oriental Science Qigong" #1, 1993.
Resultat: S-180 was significantly inhibited by Zhineng Qigong. The inhibition rate was 84.4% (p<0.001). Both light and electron microscope showed that the tumor cells degenerated.
