The demands from the world around us make us use the body and mind in a way that is not good for us. By practicing Qigong we can be calmer, more relaxed and also get more energy. Lars Hagner, who held the lecture, told that he used to work as a bank lawyer but he didn't feel well. Through Qigong he has learned to handle his life. The positive effects from the training have also been shown in tests at the Karolinska hospital in Stockholm.
