Shenxin Qigong Stockholm [2015-08-30]

A number of repeating participants and a handful of beginners had found their way to this autumns course in Shenxin Qigong, even though the fall hadn't really started and the weather outside was nice. As usually we trained a lot in our strong qi-field and made sure that both repeaters and beginners got well needed corrections to enhance the effect of the training.

Here are some of the participants comments.

Better after concussion

"It's been a really nice and pleasant weekend! My whole body feels a lot more relaxed. A couple of weeks a go I fell and got quite a bad concussion. In relation with that, whole of my body got stiffer and my brain got very tired from all the impressions around me. During this course it has been working a lot in my head which I am very happy for."

Improved shoulders

"It has been very nice being here. I've had a lot of corrections in my shoulders and that feels very good. Thank you very much."

More alert

"The course yesterday was tough. But this morning I tried to do as I usually do in the mornings, go back to sleep again. So when the alarm went off I snoozed but I couldn't go back to sleep. I had lots of energy, so I had to get up and start doing things. Really nice! From now on there will be more practising."

Flow through the body

"It is fun to attend this course, because you always learn something new. This time I've learned to stand upright in a new way and it changes a lot of things. I can feel the warmth flowing through my body in a way it haven't done before."

Less depressed and a more flexible body

"I feel that I need a dynamic exercise like Shenxin, life becomes a lot better when I practice this. It helps me to cope with depression, anxiety and stress. But it has helped me a lot physically aswell. When I was young I felt very stiff even though I practised physical training quite a lot. In the beginning it was hard for me to do all the bending, but then things changed rapidly. I'm a lot more flexible in my body now than when I was 20 and now I'm 45! That feels huge for me."

Physical and mental well-being

"I attend this course for the first time and it's a bit of a fresh start with qigong for me. It has happened a lot of things in my body yesterday and it has continued today. Today I can relax my shoulders better and they have dropped down a lot compared to yesterday. And I can't stop smiling! Apparently I'm a big heap of well-being right now because I just keep smiling. Wonderful!"
