Hold Qi up Hamar [2012-09-08]

Since 2008 we have taught courses in Hamar. During the latest year we have started to teach more than just the basic Hold Qi up course. The previous course was a basic course in Shenxin Qigong. Several persons were pleased to learn and practice the new exercise, but noticed this time around that they could get more out of hold qi up after practicing Shenxin Qigong.

Gets more from the courses

I have joined many courses; my last course was a shenxin qigong course. I'm surprised by how much this basic hold qi up course gave now that I have practiced Shenxin Qigong. It's been great.

Supple and energetic

This is my first course. I have a fragile body and I've tried a lot of different things. I already feel that I can move my neck better and that I can walk the stairs better. I went up the stairs with great ease! After the training during Saturday I got more energy and managed to do things I haven't done in a long time.

The broken arm is more flexible

I have been training for about a year now and have practiced regularly. This summer I broke my arm and I've noticed that it has become more flexible during this course. It has been a nice course.

Alert after pneumonia

I didn't think that I would be able to join the course this time around due to pneumonia. I allowed myself to be convinced that it would be good for me to join, but was prepared to lie down during most of the course. When I came here I was able to go through with the course just as usual. I felt much stronger afterwards in spite of my only being able to join one of the two days of the course.
