Shenxin Qigong Stockholm [2011-05-07]

Hold Qi up is the first step in Zhineng Qigong. This summer we will learn the second step and Shenxin Qigong is in the middle, between the two steps. Shenxin Qigong is more physical than Hold Qi up and that is appreciated by many participants. The courses are always well attended and so also the course in Stockholm in May. Many of the participants had practiced Shenxin Qigong for a longer time and the atmosphere was peaceful and harmonious.
