Shenxin Qigong Helsinki [2010-04-17]

It was not only the weekend when all flight traffic in northern Europe was cancelled, it was also the weekend for the first course in Shenxin Qigong in Helsinki. The interest for the course was high. More than half of the participants joined the course for the first time and almost all of them have practiced Hold Qi Up for many years. The participants practiced with great concentration and calmness. It was a calm and nice atmosphere throughout the course.

Right direction
