Shenxin Qigong Kungsängen [2009-01-17]

A happy bunch of people had gathered in Kungsängen in order to learn and to train Shenxin Qigong. Outside the panorama windows the sun was shining on the gleaming ice of the lake, but for those who were inside the Qi-field was stronger, the tea warmer and the cookies more delicious. About a third of the participants were newcomers while many of the others had been training for several years.

After two days of training Shenxin Qigong and increasing their Qi, the participants talked about less pain, deeper relaxation, a healthier colour of the face and a better posture. Below some of the participants comments can be found.

Less migraine

"Previously I suffered from severe migraine, but step by step my condition had improved. During this course a lot has happened in my neck and head. Yesterday I had a pumping feeling in my head and I thought I would get migraine. If I get migraine it usually bothers me some days in a row. However, after having rested for a couple of hours I felt much better again. I think I have come closer to my goal of getting rid of migraine altogether."

More vigorous and lighter in my body

"My initial plan was to start training Shenxin Qigong in connection to the Winter course, but last week I felt very tired and decided to participate in this course. Now it feels much better. I am more vigorous and more relaxed, as if 20 kilo's have disappeared from my shoulders. I look forward to the Winter Course."

No depressions anymore

"It is great to repeat a course and be corrected. This time I focused mostly on my back and my shoulders. During the years Qigong has given me very much. Most important of all, I have not suffered from depressions for quite some time now. This is amazing, since long periods of depression have been part of my life since I was a child. I sincerely hope I will continue feel this good."

An old back injury

"I have an old back injury. Yesterday at the Qi regulation I wished I would start getting better in my back and I felt straightaway that something was happening there. I like to train Qigong. In the past I was used to strenuous and sweaty training. Qigong is another type of training. I like it very much."

Better joints and more relaxed

"I have been training for a long time and got fascinated by Qigong after I had got rid of swellings in my joints, in connection to a summer course. Another effect that Qigong has had on me is that I feel much calmer now and much more relaxed. That was definitely not the case 15-20 years ago. Just like the others, I have a lot of good things to say about the Winter course. It is the best we can offer, so I would really like to recommend all who have not been there to join the course."

No back pain anymore

"The part of my body that is giving me most problems is my back, which is crooked. Previously I have tried everything, from hospital physicians to chiropractors etc., but nothing helped. To my surprise, after two months of Qigong training my back felt much better. Since that day my back has during certain periods become even straighter and sometimes a bit more crooked again, but it does not hurt as much as it did before. I look forward to the Winter Course. I am sure it will be as exciting as last time."

More energetic and less pain in my neck

"After my first course in Hold Qi Up I got rid of my neck pains. When the course had come to an end I wondered if Qigong really was something for me, but my neck that had bothered me for such a long time was pain free. During the three working days directly after the course I planted 3000 plants, and the pain did not return. So got convinced that I had to continue. Yesterday I felt that my neck was getting even better. I felt very energetic and I am still vigorous."

Less allergies and straighter fingers

"This was my second course in Shenxin Qigong. Qigong has helped me quite a lot with my physical complaints. The allergies I suffered from have partly disappeared. I also had problems with swollen fingers that got crooked, but they looked much better after the summer course. Now they have improved even further. It is nice to notice that one gets better without exerting oneself so much. I just train a little bit in the morning and take a walk later on that day. That is sufficient."

Swollen glands

"I have had problems with swollen glands since six years ago and I often feel a tingling feeling in them when I train, but nothing more substantial has happened. At the four day course I was corrected and got the advice to straighten out the lower part of my neck. Since that day I have noticed a stronger feeling in this area with swollen glands. It is exiting train all methods after having got this correction, so for me it was excellent timing that I could join this course today. The course has been very good and just like the others I am looking forward to the Winter course."
