Shenxin Qigong Stockholm [2007-03-24]

At the spring terms weekend course in Shenxin Qigong the participants consisted of a mix of beginners and more experienced pratcitioners. We practiced a lot and the participants did their best. Several of the participants found that they could get more from the exercises after being corrected and the beginners were inpired by a strong feeling of Qi as well as the positive mood.

One thing made the mood extra good: The news that we from thursday on will start a practising group for Shenxin Qigong in Stockholm.

Some of the participants comments follows below:

Locks in my back

"I often get locks in my back, around the height of my chest. These locks are painful and the pains usually spreads out to my arms. During the weekend the back has cracked a lot, which has felt very good."

Younger legs and softer feet

"At this years winter course it felt like my legs got 10 or even 20 years younger. I felt that my legs were energetic. They still are and during this weekend my feet got very soft."

Structure

"I stopped working half a year ago due to my retirement. When you're working it's easier to get some kind of structure and keep your life in order since you get up in the morning and go to your work. When you don't have a job this gets more difficult. I have been succesful in getting a structure in my life by setting the alarm clock and starting the day by practicing Shenxin Qigong. It feels good that I'm able to control my every day life like that."

Remainders of flu gone

"Last weekend I had the flu and still wasn't ok when I cant to the course yesterday. I felt tired during the first day and that was a little hard. But today I'm very energetic and the training feels very comfortable. I like that the feeling of Qi gets so strong when I practice Shenxin Qigong."

Can bend the body

"I have felt tired for a while. My doctors guess that I have an inflammation in my heart. Anyway, my energy is considerably higher after the winter course and today I have even been able to bend my body."

Hold Qi Up is easier

"I have practiced Shenxin Qigong for a while and it feels good. My body has become more supple. I also find that Hold Qi Up is easier to practice after I practiced Shenxin Qigong."

Good to combine exercises

"I participated in my first Shenxin Qigong course during the autumn and have practiced the exercise almost every day since then. I think that Hold Qi Up and Shenxin Qigong helps one another in a very god way and that it is good to combine the exercises."

Alert and a clear mind

"I always get alert and get a clearer mind by practicing Shenxin Qigong. In the beginning I got so energetic that sleeping at night became difficult. Today I can practice Shenxin Qigong in the evening and sleep well, but I need less sleep and also feel more alert in the morning."

Feels good for the first time

"I have quite a few health problems and have joined many courses during the latest years. This is the fist course that I have felt good during the whole course. I have experienced no dizzynes or nausea at all. My body evidently has gotten more balanced. It has been fun since I have been able to socialize. I feel better and better. Yesterday I went out for lunch and had a lot of stressed persons running around me, but I felt completely calm and unaffected. It was a good feeling and feels important to me since I live downtown."
