Hold Qi up Kungsängen [2006-10-07]

A small group of both beginners and more experienced gathered in the gymnastic training hall of Berga school, firmly convinced to spend the weekend on a qigong course in Hold Qi Up.

We leaders felt that all were positive and enthusiastic to practice. Ingegärd who is more than 70 years old, showed that it is not a hinder for elderly persons to start to practice Qigong.

Read here what some of the participants told us:

In 2005 I joined a weekend course and then also the summer course. When you've joined a summer course you keep on practising. It's like deciding that the training is good. I've got good results from the training. As an adult I got eczema but this summer I was almost free from it. This autumn has been a bit stressful so then the eczema came back but I think the training will make it go away.

I attended a weekend course two years ago. Now my blood pressure is better. I've been here today to fill me with more energy and to get motivated to join the weekly group training.

I'm more open now compared to when I first started to practice. It's also easier for me to talk in front of a group of people.
