Hold Qi up Oslo [2006-02-18]

The new participants were pleasantly surprised at the Oslo Weekend Course. They had a taste for more and already that weekend they considered joining the next Summer Courses in Kvänum. On the course there were, as usual, Summer Course participants and most of them had their minds fully set on returning this Summer. One of the participants said that his back used to be stiff but after he started practising Zhinegn Qigong he no longer had any such problems. If his body would feel stiff – for instance if he had neglected his daily training – he just has to do one Hold Qi Up and he will be alright again.

Comments made on the course:

This is the first time I've encountered Qigong and I'm pleasantly surprised at what it has given me on this weekend. I lead a hectic everyday life but now, after the course, I'm calmer and I feel an inner peace, and I hope that I can keep that.

I would like to thank you for the course. It was the first I had any contact with Qigong as well. You come here with this odd body of yours, with its tension, and you are still able to join in. That was a fine experience and I'm glad that I have the opportunity to continue with this training.
